SENSES is kicking off the 20th annual Cowboy Festival on Thursday, April 18, with Saddle Up happening on Main Street in Old Town Newhall.
20th Annual Cowboy Festival at Melody Ranch Motion Picture Studio
The City of Santa Clarita’s rich Western heritage takes center stage each year at the Cowboy Festival held on the weekend of April 20 and 21. The Festival’s gracious hosts, the Veluzat family, will once again open the doors of Melody Ranch™ Motion Picture Studio for the event, providing a venue unlike any other. The Studio comes to life on Saturday, April 20, and Sunday, April 21, 2013, with the sights, sounds, and smells of Cowboy life as performers serenade, vendors serve up Dutch Oven treats, and attendees shop for merchandise that celebrates the past with the flair of today. Art Slam – 1st Thursdays@Newhall
Art Slam shined in Old Town Newhall last Thursday night, with over 20 artists showcasing exhibits, installations, video art, and hands on art activities, there was so much to do and see at LIGHT Slam. Check out the coverage of all the art happenings last Thursday, March 7th here and here.
